What we'll do: Join me in exploring how we can connect to the present moment in our day-to-day lives and in formal mindfulness meditation to embrace who we are, those around us, and what life has to offer. From a guided tea-drinking ceremony to a heightened sound meditation, we will deepen our understanding of how to use our five senses and the breath to harness the beauty and power of the present moment by anchoring ourselves to it.
